Website 2026

N2 Learning

N2 Learning offers online English and Maths tuition for KS2, KS3 and GCSE students. I redesigned and rebuilt its website to explain the offer clearly to parents and to make every enquiry easy to follow up.

01 Overview

N2 Learning needed a website that explains its tuition clearly to parents and turns interest into enquiries the team can act on quickly.

02 The problem

Parents comparing tutors want to know quickly what’s taught, at what level and by whom. The business also needed every enquiry to reach the right people and be followed up consistently.

03 Who it’s for

Parents of KS2, KS3 and GCSE students looking for one-to-one or group tuition in English and Maths.

04 My role

I redesigned and rebuilt the website, restructured the content, and built the enquiry handling — the email notifications and the automatic Trello cards.

05 The solution

A focused site leads with a clear promise and trust signals, then lets parents explore subjects by key stage. The enquiry form sends the details to the team and creates a Trello card ready for follow-up.

  • Subject guide by key stage

Maths and English for KS2, KS3 and GCSE, with exam board details and what each course covers.

  • Enquiry emails

Each enquiry is emailed to the team with the parent set as the reply-to address.

  • Automatic follow-up tasks

A Trello card is created for every enquiry, labelled by subject with a checklist of next steps.

  • Trust and reassurance

Qualifications, testimonials, results and an FAQ answer parents’ questions before they ask.

06 Key decisions

  1. a.

    Simplify the structure

Separate subject pages were consolidated into one clear subject guide, making the site easier to browse and maintain.

  2. b.

Connect enquiries to the team’s workflow

Rather than leaving enquiries in an inbox, each one lands in the tool the team already uses to track follow-ups.

07 How it’s built

Next.js
A fast, search-friendly site with server-side handling for the enquiry form.
Resend
Emails each enquiry to the team, with replies going straight back to the parent.
Trello
Turns every enquiry into a card with subject labels and a follow-up checklist.
Framer Motion
Subtle, purposeful animation as visitors move through the page.
Vercel
